Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 30, 2026

Welcome to Dignyte. By purchasing a license, subscribing to our services, or downloading our software, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. License Grant & Scope

Fusion Innovations grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Dignyte restaurant billing and POS software on physical terminals owned or operated by you, subject to your plan limits:

  • Single PC Edition: Valid for a single Windows PC core terminal. Restricted to a maximum of 3 local/LAN printers, renewed on a yearly cycle.
  • Networked Edition: Valid for a Windows PC server and unlimited Android waiter terminals/printers connected to the local Wi-Fi network, renewed on a yearly cycle.

2. Software Activation & Hardware Binding

Software activation requires a valid license key and generates a hardware fingerprint. You agree not to bypass, modify, or circumvent our licensing checks. Sharing or replicating license tokens on unauthorized devices is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the license.

3. Billing, Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. License renewals are billed in advance on a recurring yearly cycle. Failure to pay recurring license renewal fees will result in license suspension after the 14-day offline grace period expires.

4. Acceptable Use & Local Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your billing setups, GST tax rates, and UPI QR configurations comply with local tax codes, banking regulations, and commercial laws. Dignyte is a tool; you must configure it correctly to maintain legal compliance.

5. Limitation of Liability

Dignyte is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Fusion Innovations be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, data corruption, or printer hardware malfunction) arising out of the use of our software.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
